SHIPPING INFO & DISCLAIMERS

  • Order Processing:
    Please allow 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to process your order. During peak periods, holiday sales, or promotions, order processing may take up to 5 business days before dispatch.
  • Accurate Shipping Information:
    To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely. This includes correct abbreviations, spaces, and postal codes. INFAXON is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Time:
    Standard delivery time is estimated to be 4 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped, not necessarily from the date the order was placed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Undelivered Packages:
    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office directly. INFAXON is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Tracking Shows “No Information Available”:
    For some shipping carriers, tracking information may take 1 to 2 business days to update. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@infaxon.com for assistance.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

For logistical reasons, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you requested combined shipping. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided to you via email.
